Weird performance bug with laptop (Big Sur)

Hey guys, I have been working on install macOS and fix everything on my HP Zbook Studio G5. Laptop is currently running macOS 11.2.2 with Opencore 0.6.7. I have almost gotten everything to work perfectly except I have some sort of weird performance bug. With Geekbench 5, I get a decent single-core score, but my multi-core scores are always really off, like 50% off. I have attached a picture of a Geekbench run. I have implemented power management by using one-key-cpufriend and I tried disabling and re-enabling lots of settings in the bios, updating the bios to the latest version and whatnot. I think that the problem has something to do with throttling, as my fans never really ramp up, they always stay in their lowest mode. All posts I have seen have fans running at full-speed, while mine is the opposite, they almost don't run at all. If anyone has encountered such an issue before and knows how to fix it, I would really appreciate the help. Thanks in advance.
