Dual Monitor Help (DVI) (Big Sur)

Hi All,

Running Big Sur, Specs :

I3-6100 , 8gb ram , GTX970 , SSD

​

Motherboard outputs : HDMI, VGA, DVI , DP

​

Monitor 1 - HDMI and VGA and DP

Monitor 2 - HDMI and VGA

​

Problem :

​

Using IGPu only (GPU not supported in Big sur). I am wanting to use both displays in MAC OS.

Monitor 1 is connected via HDMI and works fine 100%

Monitor 2 is connected via DVI - HDMI cable. Works in windows not in Mac OS does not show in system preferences.

It should be noted i have tried VGA to VGA on the second monitor but another user reported VGA is not supoted by MAC. In practcice this of course didnt work either

Any ideas? I am simply wanting the PC to pickup the second monitor and use as a secondary display.

Alternatively could one screen run off the IGPU HDMI and anotheroff the GTX 970? I dont think this is possible but just to throw that out there.
