How can i install mac os on my pc

I'm new in Hackintosh world.

I have a gaming pc and the specs are:

I9 9900k 2080ti Z390 32gb ram

And looking to install mac os to use final cut pro.

I have a new 1tb ssd that i want to use it for mac os

Where can i start and what is the best method for my specs and use?
