Can I have a dual GPU? Windows and Big Sur?

I am gathering info if I can have two installed GPUs, one is an RTX 3080 TI for Windows, and the RX 590 for Mac OS. Is there a way where I can set up to boot with their respective GPUs?

If so, is there a guide for it?
