I am trying downgrade my hackintosh laptop. Because my laptop's ram is 4gb, so I wanted to use my hackintosh more fast. I made my EFI for big sur. So I tried to install 10.15.7 with my EFI (made in big sur inviroment) I could boot it up. But I can't install it. Because macOS utilities doesn't show up.
