I recently hackintoshed my Huawei Matebook MRC-W00A and I've been facing this issue. I have taken a look at guides like this which uses hda-verb and codeccommander, but I haven't been able to access /usr/bin to try it. I'm also hearing some annoying pops when wearing the headphones, when booting and every now and then when not listening to music. Internal speakers on the other hand work nicely always.
