Opencore EFI merged after installing Zorin OS 16. Linux bootloader taking over. Help

So I managed to install Mac OS Big Sur opencore 0.7.2 successfully and wanted to try Zorin OS 16 [ Ubuntu based ]. Like an idiot I didn't know that installing it even on a different SSD would mess up my Opencore EFI, it looks like they merged together. So now Zorin bootloader is taking over and I only see Zorin OS 16 or Windows 10 in the boot option. all 3 OS are on a seperate physical drives. I only managed to boot into Opencore with my Install USB drive.

How can I can sort this out so Opencore will be the first one then I choose OS to boot. I already watched and read some guides but they don't address this issue of EFI getting merged.
