hey guys, i bought a custom PC from a company on ebay named XDS computers, it was advertised as coming with support/updates etc. but the seller has stopped replying to me, im stuck on OS10, he told me that he would send me a update patch, when i update my mac to OS11 it gets stuck and i had to do a time machine back up to solve.
any ideas at all guys or is there a way for me to perform the update?
