Stuck at SMCSuperIO ssio: @ starting up SuperIO sensors

Hey everyone.

I'm fairly new to the Hackintosh scene and during my first build, I encountered a problem. After digging a bit I couldn't find anything and decided to ask it here.

Hardware:

CPU: Intel i5 6400 Skylake

GPU: NVIDIA GeForce GTX1060 6GB

RAM: 16GB 3000mHZ

Ethernet Card: Intel(R) Ethernet Connection (2) I219-V

MOBO: Asus z170 Pro Gaming.

I'm trying to install BigSur on my Intel machine.

I've set up my config.plist following the Dortania guide for OpenCore and carefully selected every bit needed to config the installer, but when I boot the USB from the BIOS it gets stuck on this screen.
