This has probably been answered hundred times before but I find so much different information around that I am not sure what to do.
I have a Macbook Pro 2019 that has lost it's recovery files. (Command + R) doesn't work. I basically need to use my Windows 10 OS to make a bootable USB that can install MacOS on my Macbook. I would really appreciate if someone could point me in the right direction.
