Dualboot opencore - missing usual windows boot partitions

Hi guys. I tried to install hackintosh in dualboot setup on two disks about a year ago. I actually succeeded, the problem was I had 3 screens and nvidia card so hackintosh only used one screen. While trying to force it to use others I messed up the config so it macos didnt even boot up.

Fast forward to now, I got one bigass screen and wanted to try again. This time I wanted to cut some corners and extract the EFI i had on prev setup and start from there. So on windows I tried to mount EFI with mountvol - worked but no idea if that was correct efi, also didnt show up in explorer so i also tried diskpart. anyway, mounted, and i used 7zip to make a backup. Then next day windows couldnt boot....

I investigated the problem and it turns out that windows's EFI partition was corrupted, or more likely missing. When I boot win install usb stick and go to diskpart I see 2 partitions on that drive, one is main partition with my system and apps etc, the other is 16MB partition. It was RAW instead Fat32. I ran format=fat32, and repaired bcdboot using other windows drive i had lying around.

Now I can boot to windows using windows boot manager but opencore no longer works. Complains about missing boot etc - so can't get into the picker. Under windows disk manager i can see that the drive with windows only as one partition. No 'system' or 'recovery' as usual.

Has anyone had similar issue ?

My specs:

Asus Z490i-G
Intel 10700K
2x ssd 500GB (one for win one for mac)
asus 1080gtx
opencore 0.5.9 or 0.6.0 (cant remember now)

What I plan to do next is to remove physically all other drives except the troublesome one. Then check if I can make it bootable.

If that fails I plan to scrap the mac drive, install new windows on it, then move my stuff from old windows drive to new one. Then proceed with opencore 0.7.5 (still preparing EFI)
