Dell Precision 3610 Kernel Panicking At Monterey Startup

I'm having some issues with MacOS Monterey Kernel Panicking whenever I try to boot into recovery to start installing. 0 idea why it's doing it and stating to get frustrated.

Any idea what's going on?
