IS UPDATING VENTURA ADVISABLE FROM SETTING?

I'm currently running Ventura 13.1 and see there is an update to 13.3.1, it's it safe to update? And will it break anything or need editing in config.plist? Or is usually a smooth updating like on a normal Mac?
