13.2.1 -> 13.5 Update boot looping in phase 2, after "macOS Installer"

Hi hope all are well!



I had my machine running well on 13.2.1. Went for the 13.5 update with the newest OC 0.9.4, no juice. Luckily, still have the stable 12.6.8 on the side


Tried AdviseFeatures, DisableIOMapper / DisableIOMapperMapping, & I dropped the old ethernet method and went to the AppleIGC.kext



Still no go



Any advice?
