13.2.1 - 13.5 Update boot loops on Phase 2. Tried full install

Hi hope all are well!

Not sure what's up with my posts, I posted one a few days ago! missing! maybe eaten by a bot

Anywho, since then, I've tried using the appleIGC kext, disableIOmapper, and toggled AdviseFeatures on. no go
Did a full install from the full installer.

It gets past the "macOS installer" phase
