Adapter wifi usb not working

Hello guys, I just install macOS Catalina on my computer, but my adapter usb is not recognized. In the page of Amazon say that the adapter is compatible with macOS. I hope you can help me. :(((

Note: I also tried another adapter that I have (TP-Link Archer T2U Nano ) and it doesn't work either
