After using Final Cut Pro for a while, I can't open new apps until I reboot

On Ventura 13.5, OCLP 0.6.8, if I'm working on Final Cut Pro, after a while I can't open any apps, they just keep bouncing on the dock. But apps already open work just fine. This doesn't happen just after starting Final Cut Pro, I have to be a long time working (hard) for this to happen. It gets fixed after a reboot until it happens again.

This didn't happen before on Monterey and OCLP 0.6.7, and of course didn't happen with native High Sierra. The Final Cut Pro version has always been the same, 10.4.6, the last that supports non-metal, with the .plist edited for Monterey and Ventura to make them believe it's a newer version. Which in Monterey worked fine without this problem.

Computer is Mac Mini Server 2011, intel HD 3000.
