[HELP] A drop-in processor replacement?

Hello everybody!

I have just built my first hackintosh and here is a question. The point is, I now have the Gigabyte b360m ds3h mom with i3-8100 processor. In the future I plan to upgrade the processor to i5-9600, or perhaps i7. Since the Gigabyte b360m ds3h supports the 9th gen Intel processors, it shouldn't be a problem. My question is, if I change the processor, will the MacOs work right away, or I will also have to adjust something in the OpenCore configuration before it even boots?
