How to hide a specific EFI Partition being detected in OpenCore Canopy, which is the Mac's drive itself (more in description)

I have a great and working Hackintosh thanks to help from this Subreddit and Dortania's documentation. My curiosity is in the screenshot provided; this is how OpenCanopy displays the boot options. Note to the left of the Windows entry, it states "Mac," which is referring to the Volume name of the EFI partition of the Drive the macOS and OpenCore is installed upon.

My Current OpenCanopy Screenshot.

I looked at the OpenCore manual at Section 8.4 and tried to combine and manage bits but with no reasonable results that I can recall. My Current ScanPolicy bit value is pretty much every bit in the documentation listed turned on at: 33521411 (base 10 value) which is an agreeable poor choice. I'm clearly missing something, but I don't know what it is.

Here are my relative specs:

CPU Intel Core-i9-9900K
GPU AMD Radeon RX 6800
Motherboard Gigabyte Z390 AORUS Ultra
OpenCore 0.9.4

In addition, I have my build triple booted to 3 OSs, Windows, Ubuntu and macOS with each occupying its own drive.

Thanks for help in advance and thanks for your time in reading.
