is High Sierra good for App Development?

Cpu: intel i5 6402P Gpu: Gtx 970

According to dortania’s guide, the highest supported macos version is High Sierra so is it good for app development (xcode)? or it’s not a good idea please letme know….

ps: already tried to install ventura but after the graphics not fixed then uninstalled it.
