MacOS Ventura on Thinkpad T480

CPU: Intel i5-8350U - 1.90GHz
GPU: Intel HD Graphics 620
RAM: 1x 8GB DDR3
Storage: 256 GB SSD
WI-FI/BT Card: Onboard WIFI and BT card (works using itlwm)
Audio Codec: Realtek ALC257

Created the EFI by using the Valnoxy's guide.

My battery is fairly old so I get about 2 to 2 .5 hrs of use on browsing the internet and basic coding

The issues i am facing are:

• When the device is put to sleep and turned on again the audio output is distorted. It can only be fixed by restarting the device.
• This is a touchscreen version of the T480 which I am unable to bring bak to working condition.
  ( Suggestions and fixes appreciated :P )
