Mojave was successful, Catalina or Big Sur not

• GPU: Intel UHD 620 / Radeon 520
• RAM: 8GB 2400MHz SODIMM
• Motherboard/Laptop model: Dell Inspiron 3786
• Audio Codec:
• Ethernet Card:
• Wifi/BT Card: Qualcomm qca9377 :(
• What guide/tool followed: https://dortania.github.io/OpenCore-Install-Guide/
• What part I got an issue with: Mojave worked. During installation of Catalina or Big Sur or Monterey I get the errors in the photos. (before the mac install interface shows up)
• What files/config I am using: tried MacBookPro 15,1 and 16,1
