No bootable partitions shown - OC 0.9.4

I have reached a point where I actually GET TO the OpenCore text menu (even tho OpenCanopy and Resources are set in config.plist), but there are no OS shown (I have 4 UEFI OS selections normally).

I was just wondering if I had mistyped or neglected something important (like ScanPolicy or the like?). I think my current OC 0.7.x boot is set to show all UEFI boot options, and it works like a charm.

Any thoughts or ideas would be greatly appreciated. I am attempting to install macOS Ventura, if that is important.

When I try and boot the installer from OC 0.7.x, I get the prohibited logo with "support.apple.com/mac/startup" message - about 50% through the boot process.

Also, I am using the debug version of OC 0.9.4... is that why OpenCanopy.efi & GUI are not working?
