(OCLP) 2012 Mac Pro 5,1, no WiFi under Windows 11

I have a 2012 Mac Pro that is running macOS Monterey and Windows 11 dual (UEFI) boot using OCLP 0.6.8 (current latest). macOS has zero issues, including connecting to my home WiFi. Windows 11 has one issue, it can't connect to my home WiFi.

All nearby networks show up in the WiFi list on Windows 11, but when I select either my 2.4GHz or 5GHz network and enter my password it tries connecting for ~15 seconds on "Checking Network Requirements" then gives up saying "Can't Connect To This Network". Again, this issue isn't present when running macOS and it can connect fine thanks to the Legacy WiFi Patch, but Windows won't connect. The logs on my router just say "Deauth_ind 44:D8:84:6D:11:63, status: 0, reason: 4-way handshake timeout (f), rssi:-83"

I've searched all over Reddit and Google but I can't find anyone else with this exact issue. Windows Update has zero updates, including any optional/hidden driver updates under "Advanced Options".

Does anyone have a clue what is wrong and how I can fix it? I know the WiFi in this Mac is old and slow, but I'd prefer it over my current powerline ethernet setup despite the speed hit it'll cause.
