Will these specs be supported for macOS?

I want to do iOS development, and if I have these specs, will I be able to do a hackintosh? I have done it before, but I got a new computer.

*Intel Core i5 13400f

*MSI PRO B660M-E DDR4 Intel Motherboard

*AMD Radeon RX 480

I read the guide, and I don't see anything related to Intel's 13th generation.
