HELP WITH RYZENTOSH

i need help with my ryzentosh. i have loaded macos but he dont create the EFI partition because i have installed macos on a partition of HDD, now i need to install my kext like NootedRed for iGPU because the spec of my pc are: ryzen 5 5600g msi b 450apromax 16gb ram and i don’t have an external gpu, i need to install kext but i don’t have EFI partition. can anyone help me whitout reinstalling all system, or reinstalling too. if i mount macos on Hdd not partitioned i have EFI partition but now i don’t have another HDD. Can you solve these?
