Hello Guys!
I have to create a hackintosh for a school project. Although I planned to do it for some time, I can't decide which recent MacOS would be the best (Monterey or Ventura), if it is even possible.
With Opencore Legacy Patcher afaik I can patch my GT 740 to work (seen it work on kepler based gpus, but newer actually done it personally😅).
I have to create a mobile application on MacOS, as my part of the project.

i5-2300 (4c/4t 3.2GHz)
GT 740 2GB ( it is Kepler based)
8GB DDR3 1330MHz
Intel DH67BL MoBo
240GB PNY CS900 SATA 3 SSD (if having SSD is a problem I have a 500GB HDD too (7200RPM) )
