Anyone Know Why My MacOS Install is Freezing here?

Looking for some advice regarding the issue I'm now facing when I try to boot into my MacOS USB drive, it's a Lenovo IdeaPad 3 with a Ryzen 3 5425U with Radeon Vega onboard graphics.

I've spent the last few days trying to get it running on this laptop, and this is the furthest I've gotten it to go, I've got no idea what this means, from Google searching the last string I have found others with the same issue too, but I can't actually find a fix for it.
