Can I run a hackintosh build?

Hello! I’m new to hackintosh and I wondered if I can run macOS Ventura on my setup:

CPU: Comet Lake i9 10900 Mobo: Rog Maximus Hero XII RAM: 32gb 3200 GPU: Rtx 3080ti(I’m aware that I have to stop using this one since it won’t work)

Can I plug the hdmi cable in the motherboard and install hackintosh on this machine?

Any tips are welcomed since I’m doing some research on this rn.
