Cant get about this mac to show model info

So I reinstalled MacOS Catalina on my XPS 15 7590, and for some reason when I go to about this mac, the model info and year doesnt show no matter how much I reinstall catalina, why is this happening and how can I fix it? It showed before when I was running Mojave
