So we have a Mac Pro 5,1 2010 at work and have a unflashed GTX680 installed, as well as a GTX1060. It all worked for 10.13 but a collegue of mine updated to 10.14 for a program they needed, not knowing the GTX 1060 wouldn't work anymore. I don't have a windows PC where the graphics card fits into, so i can't flash it myself (I need it flashed, because otherwise i can't see the boot menu the normal way), but i saw that on the OpenCore Legacy Patcher Github there is a guide for Unflashed GPUs. However they of course only work with OpenCore, not with a normal MacOS Bootstick.
So the question is: Is there any way the create a OpenCore Patcher for Sierra? Because with the normal GUI offered on the Github, the lowest i can go is Big Sur.
Thanks for you answers!
