Help with my system

I’ve built a few hackintosh computers in the past but this new one has me not sure how to proceed. I have Windows 11 installed on a separate ssd drive and that works great. Checked all the BIOS settings according to dortania site.

Specs for my machine are the following:

Motherboard: asus Proart z690-creator WiFi CPU: intel i9 12900kf Ram: 64gb GPU: Radeon RX6800 XT Ssd: WD black sn850x 2tb

This is what I am getting when I select MacOS in the picker. This is my previous hackintosh drive just trying to boot from the flash drive with the efi folder on it.
