Install stuck in loop

Created USB installer with opencore, I booted from installer it appears to be installing, pc reboots and Install OS Sonoma and reset Nvram pops back up and it starts over. Has done this about 7-8 times so far. What did I do wrong?
My Ventura install went without a hitch
