macOS partitions is not showing in the OpenCore boot menu

I flashed my bootable usb using guidance Dortiana guide of the but when I boot it it only shows windows as the boot option and not my Catalina installer. Here's everything from my USB bootable drive : Link to my USB bootable drive's files and folders.
