Upgrade from Monterey - Questions/Experience

I am running Monterey 12.6.1 (Very Stable). I would like to upgrade to Sonoma 14.0 and want to know if anyone else has done this and what problems they have had. Do I need to rebuild from scratch or can I upgrade using the software update in MacOS? I assume I will also need to upgrade Clover to a new version as well? Any help or insight is appreciated.
