My MacBook was running OCLP and Sonoma just fine. Then I installed the latest MacOS update. Now at boot the fans are screaming and the system is almost non-responsive. Login screen (no image tho) comes up but I can’t login. Mouse moves are jerky, typing the password is incredibly slow. Trying to boot into safe mode fails. (Tried holding each Shift key down at power on.)
Any suggestions?
