Need advice on a really basic hackintosh for garage band for a kid

Im guessing ebay is the way to go and I should probably be looking into used optiplex or something similar. I havent done a hackintosh in a LONG time, so looking for something EASY and under $100.

Im thinking 4th gen intel??? and do I care about anything else as far as specs go. Does the integated graphics work fine?
