Random Crashes after upgrading to latest MacOS

I have Macbook Pro 2012 (10,1) using OCLP 1.3 and Sonoma 14.3. I had just upgraded from 14.2.1 to 14.3

It seems after every MacOS upgrade I keep getting random crashes with "Exception Type: EXC_BAD_ACCESS (SIGSEGV)" and "APFS Hash mismatch". After a few days, it seems the problems goes away.

Has anyone experienced this?

Any idea what may be happening?
