Stuck at CS_RUNTIME for entitlement: com.apple.rootless.install

Hello, i made an opencore boot usb to install mojave on my laptop, now currently it is stuck on CS_RUNTIME for entitlement: com.apple.rootless.install, what to fix? My spec: Hp elitebook 8560w I5 2540m 16gb ram Quardro 1000m
