Whenever i try to boot into macos it says "OC: Configuration requires vault but no vault provided" even though I set Vault in security to Optional

Specs:

CPU: Intel core I5-7200U

GPU 1: AMD Radeon M430

GPU 2: Intel HD 520

WiFi: Qualcomm QCA9377

Motherboard: i don't really know (I'm using a dell inspiron 15-3567 laptop)
