2012 15 inch unibody mbp weird artifacts that happen occasionally.

i recently installed macos sonoma, and had unusual artifacts it first happend when installing a epic games game, then it happend in iphotos, thinking maybe it had something to do with OPLP 1.4.1 being a bit buggy on sonoma i downloaded mac os ventura, and i just now got these weird artifacts, my laptop is in mint condition and this model year isnt really known for rampant graphics failiures, and i can run a benchmark just fine on it without getting artifacts, does anyone else have these artifacts on HD4000? sometimes it presents as text missing on applications, other times weird just artifacts that mimics gpu vram failiure occur, again the gt650m gpu is just fine im more concerned with my igpu failing, has anyone else had this?
