Back Up and Restore from Clover to Oc with different MacOs versions. How?

Hi!

So this is the drill; I have a Clover Hackintosh on Mojave and an Opencore Hackintosh on Big Sur. Should I use Time Machine normally and restore the Big Sur one with the Mojave Back Up? Or is there another method specific to hackintosh for restoring a back up and effectively update to OC and Big Sur (wich is my ultimate goal)?
