Fenvi T919 doesn't work properly, more info in description

With this guide, wifi is working great, but has issues with Bluetooth.

It looks like I can only receive from other devices, like AirDrop, and Handoff is working, I can AirDrop from iPhone to Hack, but I can't do the opposite. If I try to AirDrop from Hack, nothing happens, and if I receive things from another device to iPhone (for example from another iPhone to my iPhone), the things I tried to send from Hack previously get received with the things someone sent from their other phone. Weird. Also, I can't connect to Bluetooth devices. I tried putting a device into pairing mode, but the Hack doesn't see the device. Any suggestions on what can cause these issues?
