Can I safely install an older version of Mac OS if i’ve already gone to Sonoma 14.4 ? lets say I want to go to Ventura or Monterey… just so my older mbp doesn’t feel as slow.. can it be done or will the updater give me an error? i need to keep the data so no clean install foe me
