Mid-2012 MacBook Pro Freezes After One Hour on macOS Ventura

Hi everyone - I recently installed OCLP 1.4.1 on my MacBook Pro 9,2 (mid-2012) and used it to upgrade to the latest build of macOS Ventura 13.6.4. (I actually installed Sonoma first, but performance was very laggy so I downgraded to Ventura which works well.) All root patches are installed.

The machine boots well, and performance is excellent. However, after about an hour following boot my machine "freezes up" and becomes completely unresponsive. The screen stays on, and I can see the last thing I was working or had had opened. But I cannot manipulate anything. The only solution is a force shutdown by holding the power button for a few seconds. But then the cycle continues! There does not seem to be any obvious trigger which causes the freeze such as a specific program or mode.

Here are the error logs that the system produces after a restart: https://imgur.com/a/uKg7ZWF

What could be going wrong? Any ideas for how to solve the error that is causing the lock up?

Thank you so much for your help with this problem!
