My Fenvi-HB1200 causes instant wake up shortly after sleep on Ventura 13.6.5 & Sonoma 14.4

Hello everyone, I have an issue with sleep mode. I've installed Ventura and Sonoma, but sleep doesn't work properly. Shortly after sleep is initiated, there's always an instant wake. When I check it with the command
