I have successfully installed macOS Ventura on Fujitsu Lifebook P728 with Opencore version 9.9.

• CPU: Intel Core i5-8250U Kaby Lake
• GPU: Intel HD Graphics 620
• RAM: 8 GB DDR4-2400 DDR4 SDRAM
• Motherboard/Laptop Make and Model: Fujitsu Lifebook P728
• Audio Codec: ALC255
• Ethernet Card: I219-LM
• Wi-Fi/BT Card: Intel Dual Band Wireless-AC 8265 WiFi Adapter
• Touchpad and touch display devices: Synaptics PS/2 Touchpad | Wacom Co.,Ltd. Pen and multitouch sensor
• BIOS revision: Version 1.14
• Card Reader: O2Micro

What works:

• Battery Status
• WiFi but just 2.4 Ghz
• integrated Camera
• Touchscreen on trackpad
• sleep wake

What does not work:

• SMBus driver
• Integrated Sensor Hub driver
• SD card reader
• Thunderbolt USB-C / USB-C Power
• Wifi AC 5 Ghz

What was not tested:

• VGA video output
• HDMI video output

The SMBus driver stops working the moment I enable VodooI2C.kext for my trackpad and touchscreen (see Image SMBus_01, SMBus_02). I have already patched my SMBus with the ACPI patch SSDT-SBUS-MCHC.dsl, as described in the Opencore documentation.

Unfortunately I have no idea how to get the Integrated Sensor Hub to work. I can't find any ACPI patch or a kext (See Image ISH_01).

For the SD card reader I have loaded CtlnaSDXC.kext in OpenCore. Unfortunately it is not recognized by the system.
