Successfully find out best SMBIOS fit on my i5 12 th gen

Hello everyone, 've only been researching how to install hackintosh for about a week now, but until now I've been able to find the most suitable SMBIOS and get the Geekbench score closest to my Windows 11 after 4 times reinstalled. The image below is the window score.

The SMBIOS I tried and their scores:

1. iMac20,1 reaches 15xx single-core points and 55xx multi-core points.
2. MacPro7,1 reaches 16xx single-core points and 65xx multi-core points.
3. iMacPro1,1 reaches 23xx single-core points and 95xx multi-core points (almost equal to window).

Can anyone explain to me why there is such a big difference between each SMBIOS?
