When I come back to my Mac mini after leaving it on standby, it shows a black screen and is unresponsive.

Hi, I recently set up a 2012 Mac mini to be a home server. I replaced the hard drive with an SSD and used opencore to install MacOS Sonoma, along with nextcloud as well. Since it’s a server, it has to be on standby 24/7. What I’ve noticed is, after leaving it on for about a day, it outputs no signal and it’s unresponsive. The only way to fix the issue is to force it off and power it on again. I configured it to never stop outputting to the display and to never sleep. I can tell It isn’t off either, as I see the white power light still glowing. Does anyone know why this would be happening, and if it can be fixed?
