BCM94360NG BLUETOOTH is working but wifi not.

Last week, i bought a BCM94360NG wifi card. I replaced it into Dell Precision 5540 but it's not detected in bios. When booting in windows 11 /macOS Ventura, the bluetooth is working but wifi is not showing in PCI-E.
